Between May 2011 and July 2011, an anonymous customer survey was completed by 1,240 customers of Bensons and Henley Street Tea Rooms. The results are detailed below:

99% said they would visit us again

99% said they would recommend us to a friend

92% rated the customer service as either excellent or very good

92% rated the quality of food as either excellent or very good

91% rated the presentation of the food as either excellent or very good

91% rated the cleanliness of the tea rooms as either excellent or very good

Gluten free menu was excellent, the half and half was excellent, the home made soup was the best I have tasted in a long time, I shall be back and I shall bring all of my gluten free friends with me – thank you so much.

I came to the tea rooms for the first time last week and have been back twice since. The tea rooms are lovely, well decorated and light. The staff are wonderful, even when rushed off their feet.
